A study for people living with peanut, milk, or egg allergy, testing an oral medication under full medical supervision.
We are conducting a clinical trial to see if an oral study medicine can help people with peanut, milk, or egg allergy better tolerate accidental exposure to their food allergen. Participants receive specialist care at no cost throughout the study.
Up to 6 weeks. We confirm eligibility through allergy testing and a supervised food challenge in our clinic.
Up to 24 weeks. Daily oral study medication and regular clinic visits.
All participants continue on the active study medication through week 52.
4-week safety check-in after the end of treatment.
The study medicine is an oral pill taken twice daily. It is being investigated for its ability to reduce the severity of allergic reactions to food allergens. All allergy testing and supervised oral food challenges happen under medical supervision in our clinic with full safety monitoring.
During the first part of the study, participants are randomly assigned to receive either the active study medication or a placebo. During the second part, all participants receive the active study medication.
